dp challenge: ADHD recipe

1 active child
1 (or more) frazzled parents
1 school
scheduled activities (sports, camp, etc.)
balanced diet

Take 1 parent, already tired from work, housework or life in general. Add 1 “active” child. Mix in school, including teachers, principal, other students. Prepare for an explosion.

Add medication, therapy, evaluations, activities and behavior/learning plans. Add a dash of balanced diet, sans caffeine and sugar, and adequate sleep. Add discipline and affection generously, and allow to simmer for approximately 15-18 years.
